Ingredients
- Yoghurt
- Banana
- Strawberries
- coconut oil
Method
- Mash banana with a potato masher or back of a fork until a creamy consistency
- Stir the strawberry pieces into the banana mixture and then add in the yoghurt - we use unsweetened Greek yoghurt
- If you a using a toy with a small hole in he bottom you might like to place a small amount of coconut oil ( in solid form) at the bottom form a 'stopper'
- Fill your enrichment toy with the mixture, top with a little coconut oil on the top and place in the freeze
- Will last in freezer for up to 6 months
